I don't think that you would need anywhere near 1 million dollars. If you're off-grid, with a solar electric system, and rain water collection, those are two utilities which would be free, after the initial infrastructure investment. You can also grow a lot of your own food. You can do a lot more here with less money. There is always a way. Keep a few hundred thousand HBD in Savings and you'll likely be golden. It all just depends on where and how you want to live. π π π β¨ π€
