Excellent on getting back into a gym routine, Ben, congratulations! The one thing that I'll mention about physical exercise is that there are four components to it, all of which should be trained consistently over time, strength, endurance/stamina, flexibility, and agility/balance/coordination. That tones the whole system. In any case, have fun with it! I wish you much success with the Actifit curaration post! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
