It was a busy day, I got home, made dinner, was feeling sore and tired and I wasn't sure if I was going to post a report. But then, after cleaning up dinner I started doing some pushups, squats and assisted pull-ups. My daughter joined in, we started having fun, and I got a light workout in.
Pushups 10x3
Assisted pull-ups 10x4
Squats 10x3
Tricep dips 10x3
Bicep curls 10x3
Later we went for a walk, the moon was out, it looked full or almost full, and really bright. We played tag as we went along, running after each other and laughing. We ended up walking almost 3k.
I logged upwards of 13,000 steps today and this was the fourth day in a row I surpassed my goal of 10,000 steps. So far I'm on track with my exercise goals this week to run three times and workout three times. I'm sore and tired but feeling really good, acomplished and strong at the same time. See you tomorrow.
