Hello and welcome to my first Actifit report of 2024. Its been a while since my last report. I got out of the habit of posting Actifit reports and as a result, I noticed that I was less motivated to get moving and get my steps in. So I'm really happy to post again and build up some motivation to get moving.
One of my goals for 2024 is to get into running/jogging. So after getting home in the evening, I laced up my sneakers and headed out. I jogged for about 3km without stopping. I felt good when I finished, like I had accomplished something.
With this short run along with my daily activity doing housework and moving around the office, I was able to easily hit my Actifit goal of 10,000 steps per day.
