My Actifit Alive and a little Larry Report: October 18 2022

Hi friends. In today's post, I share a few pictures, my Actifit Report Card, and ALIVE activities from Tuesday.

The rainy season seems to be coming to an end and we had bright sunny, but not too hot, weather for the third day in a row. My daughter woke up early and we went for a nice walk in the morning before the day got started. And saw many flowers basking in the morning sun.

I hit 10,502 steps by the end of the day, surpassing my 10k/day goal for the fifth day in a row. I tried to get outside whenever I could during the day. In the afternoon I was able to walk through this really nice forested area and saw some spectacular trees.

The Alive Chat topic for Tuesday is the ALIVE Burning Contest. I use the #ALIVE tag on these daily posts and burn 3-5 ALIVE tokens to promote each post on the Alive Tribe interface https://wearealiveand.social/. Burning Alive tokens grants me upvotes and each token burned is a ticket for the weekly Burning Contest. I didn't win the Burning Contest this week, but I did win a 50HP delegation and 50 Ecency points in the daily prize drawing! Feeling grateful.

Finally, I participated in the Larry is Alive Contest, and found Larry in one location. I took the time to set up and access Listnerds from my mobile phone. This allowed me to complete the task of reading 10 emails, whenever I had a few moments free throughout the day.
