Whenever I come across an abandoned house during my Actifit walk-arounds, I start thinking about its previous occupants.
Who used to live there?
Who owns the house now?
Why have they left it in such a state?
And, perhaps most importantly, why does nobody seem to care?
These questions immediately spring to mind at the sight of a once perfectly habitable, but now near-derelict, house.
In some of my previous Actifit reports, I have written about and uploaded photos of other houses that were refurbished and renovated to a very good standard.
There could be many reasons why a house becomes abundant and gets dilapidated.
For example, one possible scenario is that the owners of the house died and there weren't any children or anyone else to inherit them.
