My Actifit Report Card: December 10 2024

Today was the 10th of December and it was Tuesday. The day started with the name of Allah. In the morning, when the call for Fajr was being given, I woke up at that time. I first performed ablution, then I performed Fajr prayer. After Fajr prayer, I did dhikr of Allah, which I do every day. Then I recited a few verses of the Holy Quran and at the same time I read the translation in my language so that I could understand what Allah the Almighty is saying to us. After reciting the Holy Quran, I went to the courtyard of the house. At that time, the fresh morning air was blowing. I kept walking in the courtyard for some time because fresh air in the morning is very beneficial for the lungs, which provide freshness to the whole body, which is very beneficial for the heartbeat.

آج دسمبر کی دس تاریخ تھی اور منگل کا دن تھا ۔ دن کا آغاز اللہ کے نام سے کیا ۔ صبح جب فجر کی آذان ہو رہی تھی تو میں اس وقت جاگ گی میں نے سب سے پہلے وضو کیا پھر میں نے نماز فجر ادا کی نماز فجر کے بعد میں نے ذکر اللّٰہ ھو کیا جو میں ہر روز کرتی ہوں ۔ پھر میں نے قرآن مجید کی چند آیات تلاوت کیں اور ساتھ میں نے اپنی زبان میں ترجمہ پڑھا تاکہ مجھے سمجھ آسکے کہ اللّٰہ پاک ہمیں کیا فرما رہا ہے ۔ قرآن مجید کی تلاوت کے بعد میں گھر کے صحن میں گی اس وقت صبح کی تازہ ہوا چل رہی تھی کچھ دیر میں نے صحن میں چہل قدمی کرتی رہی کیونکہ صبح کے وقت تازہ ہوا پھپھڑوں کیلئے بہت مفید ہوتی ہے جو پورے جسم میں تازگی فراہم کرتے ہیں جو دل کی دھڑکن کیلئے بہت فائدہ مند ہوتی ہے

When the sun started rising, I was walking in the yard, then I went to the kitchen to make breakfast. Then I cooked breakfast. First I made parathas, then I made eggs, and finally I made tea and yogurt. I do this every day. I went to the children's bedroom. The children were playing games on their mobile phones in the bedroom. I freshened up the children and had breakfast with them. Then I got the children ready for school, put on their uniforms, and packed their lunch boxes and put them in their bags. Meanwhile, a rickshaw arrived. The children were leaving for school. I was busy with household chores. In the evening, I took a few pictures of the sunset.

جب سورج طلوع ہونے لگا تو میں صحن میں چہل قدمی کر رہی تھی پھر میں کچن میں چلی گی صبح کا ناشتہ بنانے کیلئے ۔ پھر میں نے ناشتہ پکایا میں نے سب سے پہلے پراٹھے بنائے ساتھ میں نے انڈے بنائے اور آخر میں میں نے چائے بنائی اور ساتھ دہی بھی ہوتی ہے یہ ہر روز میں کرتی ہوں ۔ بچوں کے پاس میں بیڈروم میں گی بچے بیڈروم میں موبائل پر ہر گیم کھیل رہیے تھے ۔ میں نے بچوں کو فریش کیا اور بچوں کے ساتھ مل کر ناشتہ کھایا ۔ پھر بچوں کو سکول کیلئے تیار کیا یونیفارم پہنا جہوتے پہنایے اور لنچ باکس پیک کیا اور بیگ میں رکھا ۔ اتنے میں رکشہ آگیا بچے سکول کی طرف روانہ ہو گے میں گھر کے کاموں میں مصروف ہو گی ۔ شام کے وقت سورج غروب ہونے کی چند تصویریں بنائیں میں نے
