Can you recalibrate the voltage on the charge controller?
Usually with lead acid batteries, they will recover overtime if they get charged fully!š

Yes, we can. What apparently happened is that we were overcharging them. We recalibrated to their recommended level, but then they rarely charged fully. I still have to reprogram the Vircon device, as it doesn't read the batteries completely accurately.
