Today was what I call a “Comfort Hike” Lol!😇
Silvertop headed up to his old stomping ground, the “High Trail”!😊
Up top, you get a nice view to the Northwest, and Vancouver British Columbia!
For the moment, Summer is hiding ……..somewhere Lol!🤣
I passed my neighbor David at the tiny house……….

My friend @silversaver888 tells me Summer will be back next week!😎
If it isn’t, I think Liz and I will need to make a roadtrip to Sunny California!😇
As I climbed up the steep hill, heading to the lookout, I could see my breath!🥶

Most of the Country is having a heatwave, and for some reason the Pacific Northwest has “Opted Out” Lol!🤣
Silvertop had hiked this trail many times…….
This is where I had my first close up and personal paparazzi photo shoot with a very large Black Bear!😳
Mr Bear was very curious about the shutter sound on my iPhone camera!🙄
Silvertop decided HE needed to “Opt Out”, and slowly backed back down the hill!😇
I pulled the hood of my raincoat up over my ball cap, the rain started again…….😅
“ One more week till Summer honey………..do you want me to light the fire in the wood stove now Lol! “ 🤣
