오늘 산책 중에 공원에서 운동을 하는 노인 분을 만났어요. 그 분은 매일 아침 산책하며 체조 운동을 한다고 해서 저도 많은 영감을 받았습니다. 그리고 공원에서 꽃들이 피어있는 걸 보고 봄이 다가오고 있다는 것을 느꼈어요. 생명력이 넘치는 꽃들을 보면서 마음이 정화되는 기분이었습니다.
