This is my Actifit Report. I am continuing my ten thousand plus step streak. And doing well on my weight lifting workouts. I did a weight lifting workout out twice this week.
I plan to work out again on Sunday or Monday. This post is short, but I am posting it to keep myself accountable on blockchain.
