My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2025

I am back over ten thousand steps. That is good, but I did fail to do weight lifting sessions so far this week. The last one was on Sunday, and today is Wednesday.

I usually do it on Tuesday and Thursday, so I will try to do one tomorrow.

On the positive side, my back and knee are doing great.
