I am back over ten thousand steps. This was achieved by simply doing some tasks around the house and going for a short walk around the neighborhood with my wife.
We went out with our eleven year old daughter to a new sushi restaurant in Woodinville: Sushi Koushi. It is rated very high at 4.9 stars out of five, and we were not disappointed.
The restaurant is very small, so when we walked in, we had to enter our information for the waiting list.
They don't offer an option to reserve a table. So it is first come, first serve.
Our daughter loves salmon sushi, so we ordered a "Salmon Lovers" plate.
I love spicy rolls, so I ordered their "Fukushima" roll.
My wife also ordered a house specialty roll: Sapporo*
Salmon, avocado roll with tuna on top. Ponzu sauce, sweet sesame sauce, green onion, fish eggs
We also ordered some edemami and vegetable tempura. For starters, we also had a couple of miso soups.
Everything was very tasty and super fresh.
