Over eleven thousand steps yesterday.
Had a pretty good weight lifting workout paying really close attention to my back, and it worked pretty well. There are no back issues today.
Tomorrow, our son is coming over, and we are going to work out together, which we have not done in a while. So I will have to modify our normal workouts, at least for me. He is a strong 23 year old and can do pretty much anything for the workout.
I did advise him against exercises that require a weight belt to much risk even for him since he has genenes that have a potential vulnerability to back issues and hernia.
Anyway, I believe that it is possible to get in tip-top shape without doing heavy deadlifts and other risky moves.
