Today, we celebrated the Thanksgiving holiday. This beautifully set table is all my wife's creation.
We didn't have the traditional turkey this year, but instead, she organized authentic Georgian food.
It was really delicious and we had a great time eating it in our family circle.
In addition to the food in pictures, there were khinkali, Kharcho soup, and Ajaruli Boats.
It is really not about food, but about spending time with our family.
Everyone has their quirks, but we all came together and had a great time.
I really love this American holiday. Back in Ukraine, we didn't have a holiday like this. The closest I can think of was the New Year back in the Soviet days.
But during the New Year, we usually had guests outside the family. To have a family only holiday is special.
