The image above is another image from my nighttime Seattle walk.
This report is for yesterday. Got lots of steps walking around Costco.
It happens when you see something that it really reminds you of some great times in your past.
For example, this box of cookies from Hawaii instantly reminded me of the great times we had a few years ago as a family in old Lahaina town in Maui.
I remember the three of us walking into the store and buying all kinds of cookies. And it was after a great day in Hawaii. Every time we visited Maui as a family, it was magical.
Unfortunately, the old Lahaina town is gone after 2022 Maui fires. We visited once after the fire, and it was sad to see all the aftermath of the fires. The whole street where the cookie store was burned down, including the sunglasses store where I bought my Ray Ben sunglasses after losing my other sunglasses in the ocean. All of it is gone, but it forever remains in my memory.
I see this box, and I want to buy it! And I don't even like these types of cookies...
