Yesterday was a low step day of around four thousand steps until I did my evening workout.
For my workout, I did:
10 pull-ups × 3 sets
Jog in between each set
15 dips × 3 sets
Jog in between each set
12 bench press × 3 sets
Jog in between each set
18 hammer curls x 3 sets
Jog in between each set
15 shoulder press x 3 sets
Jog in between each set
12 triceps extensions x 3 sets
So, by jogging for about a minute between each set, I was able to get about nine thousand steps.
I love to eat, so I have to do a good amount of walking and regular weight lifting.
I know it would be easier to maintain a healthy weight, but I want to enjoy great food like Operacaffe in San Diego, which was our favorite restaurant on our trip.
The food and deserts at this Italian restaurant were simply amazing and not expensive compared to other chef owned great restaurants we tried.
