Hi #actifit friends, today without much to say, after yesterday's long walk over the 10k, the day was discreet only 3k.
I was at home, as I will be given the energy contingency working remotely.
I walked to get bread , luckily I had to go again as a neighbor asked me to get hers and I couldn't refuse.

Hola amigos de #actifit, hoy sin mucho que decir, después de la larga caminata de ayer sobre los 10k, el día fue discreto solo 3k.
Estuve en casa, pues estaré dado la contingencia energética trabajando a distancia.
Caminé para ir a buscar el pan , por suerte tuve que volver a ir pues una vecina me pidió que buscará el suyo y no pude negarme.
Un buen fin de semanas para todos.
