Great to have you all onboard the actifit fitness community where health and well-being is a great accomplishment and wealth.
Today I went out for a fitness health walk from Ikot Ekwere Itam to Ikpa road and then to Wellington Bassey road in Uyo.
The frequent rainfall have turn the Ikot Ekwere street to a mess of an eye saw and it is gradually becoming impassable.
The situation is making the seller who owns shops to complain of low patronage as customers especially those with vehicles can not come in and have a place to park and step out without getting stains of muds.
Despite the staggering situation of the road, I have been able to walk and navigate my way out and back with a record of 5600 steps to keep fit and healthy.
