My Actifit Report Card: July 5 2024

Greetings dear actifitters. The day's activities went well as I engage in walking the streets of Abak local government in the delivery of the blocks.

While resting in a woman who sales Akara I watch as she prepares the recipes for the Akara and how she bakes it.

The truck was loaded with 6" hollow blocks for onward delivery to the building site at Abak.

Even though my phone battery could not allow me to get the whole amount of my Actifit fitness walk steps, I was able to get a little of 500 steps to keep fit and healthy which is the most important thing.
