Greetings to you all dear actifitters, it's my pleasure to come your way again through my Actifit Report Card.
The day's fitness walk took me to Ikpa road to the office and then to Federal Housing Estates to the block molding factory
The day's activities went well as others were busy buying and selling in the business streets.
The weather at a point change to a new look which appears to be a rain fall.
At the end of the day I was able to record over 1500 steps to keep fit and healthy as well as reporting same on the actifit report card.
