Great to be alive and thriving in the land of the living and greetings to you all dear actifitters and alivers on the hive blockchain.
My actifit fitness walk today took me from home to Itu road and then to church road where I spent most of the day.
The weather was clement and somehow hot despite the heavy downpour we experience yesterday's night.
While walking along Itu road, I notice that those who had there farmland along the road where busy harvesting there cassava since the soil is now soft to uproot after the rain had fallen.
So far, the walk was refreshing to me as I recorded over 10,000 steps.
I look forward having another productive fitness and healthy walk tomorrow, nice having you on board as we share our walk experience together.
