A gecko hidding in a brick, I had been moving a few brick around. From the back yard into the front to possibly make some sort of path rather than just have them sitting in a pile I was quite surprised to see the gecko pop his or her head out after I had relocate them. I suppose they have a really good grip with those suction cup fingers and toes. I wonder whether it will like it's new home.
Our afternoon stroll in the nature reserve gave us a bit of an encounter with a family of wild ducks they were all happily drinking from a puddle that had appeared after some overnight rain.
The parent duck soon gathered them all together, and they all waddled off as we passed by.
The warner weather is helping some of the native plants to flower.
I have been able to do a bit more activity each day on my achy ankle, but still no running yet.
