Few doctors would prescribe 20km walk a day after a high fever, so don’t do it at home… This said, I feel well after yesterday’s long albeit very slow walk (the day before yesterday I had had a fever over 38°C…).
Today I did 15km. Faster pace but shorter. Shorter, as I served in church in the morning and had a shorter daylight. I don’t mind walking after dark, but todays air was more humid and I wanted to avoid the dump cold of the evening. I am generally ok - no fever, no shivers, almost no coughing and almost clean airways - but I am aware that it’s 100%. My body needs to cleanup after the battle versus the virus.
