Who would have thought that taking care of two, 3-month-old babies and two toddlers can be so exhausting despite the fact that I took few steps today?
The different eating and sleeping rhythms meant I was constantly nursing. I either had a bottle in my hands, a dirty nappy or I had a little toddler in my arms.
Still, I decided to head to the gym after dinner—including a fantastic homemade tomato soup.
Don't stop when you're tired. Stop when you're done. - David Goggins
This quote motivated me to go anyway when I'd rather crawl into my bed.
I've been on the same gym schedule for a while now, but it's giving me good results and I'm not tired of it for now.
My trainers are very helpful and if I want something changed they adjust it immediately.
But today I am toiling away on my old familiar schedule.
Which, by the way, went like a train, but I don't find that surprising.
The gym was deserted, so all machines were at my disposal with no waiting time.
Some pictures of my gym visit and a video:
Wishing you all the best in life and much health.
