I'm dying with weariness, but I just have to share some of the best parts of this amazing day.
I'm still in awe with Murau's splendor on day five of my trip to Austria.
I was supposed to be the activity planner for today, and I promise not to let myself down!
My goal was to climb the Kreischberg, which is 1997 meters.
To be completely clear, this was not a base climb.
I opted for the 4.5 kilometers route, beginning at the gondola station.
We set out on the hike at 10:40 AM and arrived at cross, on top of the summit, after one hour.
The first climb was very difficult.
I frequently doubted my sanity, but tenacity propelled me forward.
I was on a mission, so giving up wasn't an option!
It felt like pure bliss to reach the pinnacle.
The sensation of accomplishment was immense, and the panoramic vista was stunning.
The descent was easy since I knew I'd already accomplished the hardest part.
I relished the mountain's tranquility and took in the breathtaking views and clean air, and after that a refreshing treat on my return, as I had promised myself.
I take one more look at my step counter and it reads 16,151 steps.
I'm about to pass out.
Good night, world!
It's a new day tomorrow, and I'm excited to see what experiences lie ahead.
Wishing you all the best in life and much health.
