Today marked our return journey to my hometown, reaching our abode around 10 am. Homecomings always bring a mix of relief and anticipation, especially with the exciting plans we had ahead. Without delay, we turned our attention to preparing our children for a special outing - a restaurant celebration for Eiona, our daughter's 4th birthday. These moments, fleeting as they are, leave indelible marks on our hearts, and today was no exception.
As the afternoon unfolded, around 3 pm, our children's voices filled the air with eager requests for a visit to the nearest playground. They were brimming with energy and excitement, a sight too delightful to deny. So, without a moment's pause for changing clothes, we acquiesced to their wishes.
