I could remember back thwn when i was an infant a fun wenlove doing that have turn to be an exercise today.
For sure, back then, there were many funny actions that we found pleasure doing with no or little understanding of its benefit. But today, we do see them clearly tho, most times, we ignore them because of time.
Yea, as an adult, there are lots of activities requiring our time that most times, its as if mere 24 hours isn't enough. With such mentality, you will believe with me that its not always easy to squeeze out time for exercise.
As for me, years has passed since the last time i did rope skipping. Therefore, today, i found pleasure doing it. But, ome funny thing is that after doing it, my breathing changed tho, its normal because its been a while. Despite that, am ready to keep on doing it if not on daily basis, at least, 3 or 4 times a week.
Do you want to see me doing it, lolz, 😂 please dont laugh at me o because its part of exercise. Meanwhile, wven if you should laugh at me, I don't care because i enjoyed it and my system appreciated me. Nevertheless, look at the images below 👇
I did it several times but yhe highest count i made was 50 jumps nonstop.
