Hey Actifitters,
Nothing really new yesterday, except it's good to see blue sky! Especially when the temperature is great, in the low 20s F, around -5C.
Kaia started her exploration behind the front yard even before we went to the forest.
When we did arrive in the forest, we had a chance to test if Kaia learned from her mistake the day before. These deer were hanging out near the entrance, barely acknowledging us.
Kaia was clearly tempted, but she didn't break.
Until I finally released her of course, 'Free dog'!!
We saw the deer many times while walking the trails, but they stayed shy and in the distance.
Like I mentioned previously, this trail on the pic above leads to the road, so Kaia doesn't like it and always goes the other way.
'Come on, nothing to chase there...'
So we just continued our walk on the trails deeper in the forest, until it got dark.
I had planned to go for another long walk later at night, but I had a splitting headache and got lazy.
We don't see much of Le Chat these days. She just shows up for food and finds quiet places to rest. But I'll try and find her.
