English Version:
Doing more than 11 thousand steps in one day is almost a record for me because due to work commitments I have little time to devote to myself and especially to my physical activity but thanks to my daughter these days I often go down to the park and I can do many more steps because my daughter plays with her little friends and she is still 10 years old and can't be alone in the park yet
Walking around the park allows me to relax and also to take some pictures of the beautiful flowers that nature gives to all of us.

Fare più di 11 mila passi in un giorno è quasi un record per me perchè a causa degli impegni di lavoro ho poco tempo da dedicare a me stesso e soprattutto alla mia attività fisica ma grazie a mia figlia in questi giorni scendo spesso nel parco e riesco a fare molti più passi perchè mia figlia gioca con le sue amichette e ha ancora 10 anni e non può ancora stare da sola nel parco
Passeggiare per il parco mi permette di rilassarmi e anche di fare qualche foto ai bellissimi fiori che la natura regala a tutti noi.
