That powerbank must be 10000mah to have it fully charged within the space of 10am to 8pm, or if it's higher, then the charger used must be a good one

It is 20000mah and that's how it charges.
5 hours with constant light is enough to charge it fully.

Because my boss always complains that his power bank charges slowly.
And I can use it to fully charge my phone 3 times.
