Today is another great day for a walk, sunny and breezy morning. Chasing my little playful cub,who is ecstatic to reach the not so far convenience store.😅
I actually convinced her to join me for a walk and leave her gadget at home,telling her that I'll buy her fave snack.
Though I am aware of the calories, sodiums, sugars and all. Got to keep my word with this little lady for sure,for breaking the innocent's mind's trust will forever keep them doubting everyone and even themselves.
On our way home,we bought fresh coconut for the juice and its meat- for it is good for digestion and toxins some will excrete. Hope this may help prevent us getting ill,May we all be blessed always with good health and any harm. Let's stay healthy and fit as much as we can.Have a Bless and Blissful day.🌱🍀
