I gladly welcome you to my Actifit Report for Thursday, 12th December 2024.
I don't know who newly bought cock that came very close to my window and crowed continously until I had to forcefully wake up.
I opened the window and murmured "what did I do wrong?".
I didn't even shout to the cock hearing, but it noticed he fulfilled its mission, so it left.
Now I am awake too early 😩
I quickly did some house chores and some online tasks.
Then I picked up my skipping rope.
It's been a while I did skipping, so I thought it will be difficult for me.
I skipped to 100 at first, 30,20,40,10 breaks in-between before standing for some time to catch my breathe.
It wasn't as bad as I thought.
😂😂my body is still in shape 🙌
After the break, I did another 25,10,28,25 before sitting down.
I quickly boiled water, ate tea and bread, prepared, and went to work.
It's been a while here.
The road construction has greatly improved waoo
This is lovely.
Men are seriously at work because I didn't see any woman there.
The tank moving and gently spreading water on the road caught my attention.
It was a great timing for me to capture it in action.
I could have been mad if I missed snapping this.
The whole road construction stuff is really a great one.
Even as the traders are complaining of it limiting their sales, but it will also benefit them greatly when it is done.
It is also difficult to walk past this, I am glad I haven't been going to work lately.
Is this what I could have faced often?
Anyways, I still found my way as I walked and reached the hospital.
So, there is no excuse and I could have easily found my way.
Same old scanty and dry.
I just went inside the office and sat.
I stopped by the market at the junction after work.
Bought groundnuts and onions, the things I forgot to buy in the market yesterday.
It was a great day that I really appreciate 🙏
