Hello Amigos.
A humble welcome to my actifit report for Thursday 11th July 2024.
After I was so happy to successfully upload photos here yesterday, I have been trying today on intervals, and it is not working.
I guess I will have to fall back to edit.
Yes, my day started with the early kick off of waking up early around 3:40am.
I quickly brushed my teeth and showered, dressed up, and went out for morning devotion and meditation 🧘♂️
It went well of standing for 3 hours.
Then we returned to the hostel around 6:30am.
Breakfast started, menu is beans and pap.
I went and plugged my power bank at maimi because my battery was already low.
Though I hardly use the phone during the day because of the many activities.
Later in the morning around 8:45am, we went for lectures which lasted until 1:50pm.
We went for siesta and lunch.
We came out by 3:40pm for final parade drilling inter platoon competition and sports.
Went back by 6pm and dinner was by 6:30am.
Social activities started by 7:45 and lights out happened by 10am.
It was a splendid day.
