Don’t take so much sugar, it’s dangerous to your health. Don’t avoid sugar, you need it to function well.

Well said, Alexander. We need to have a balance in sugar intake. Sugar is the only fuel for our brain's cell. Hence, a continuous supply of readily available sugar is essential.

I try to keep fit through workouts but ensure that in doing that my sugar intake should be reasonable.
