From tomorrow (16.07.2021) onwards, in Oman, we are going to have a more strict lockdown. Until today, the lockdown is taking place from 8 pm to 4 am. It will be changed to 5 pm to 4 pm, hence the lockdown period is increased by 3 hours each day.
Our clinic time will also be changed. The clinic will remain open from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Our duty hours are cut as well. We will do 7 hours of duty instead of 9 hours, hence less salary 🤔.
We are seeing the positive results of the lockdown. In the last 24 hours, 904 new cases were registered and 14 deaths were recorded. Hope that it will reduce further with the more strict lockdown.

In my clinic, I had fewer patients than yesterday. Today I consulted only 19 patients. That's a good sign. In the coming two weeks, we are anticipating fewer patients as well.
After a pause, today I was able to get a win. After the Magrib prayer, I walked on the treadmill for 10 minutes and it helped to reach 10k steps. Here is the proof of that:
Alhamdulillah, I performed all the 5-times mandatory prayers. Four of them are in the mosque and the rest one at home.
