Been a while since I’ve posted an actifit report!
Not due to lack of activity, that’s for sure. Since I’m back to work, my normal walking routine is restarted - 10 mins in the morning and around 30 minutes at lunchtime. Those two walks gave me around 8k steps each day and if the day is busier, I finish work with 10k steps on the clock. Although that rarely happens since I came back in the new year.
I’m generally ok. Not amazing, not horrible, just ok. Ok is much better than anxious, terrified and sick. That was my reality just half a year ago. So I take ok and I’m happy seeing how far I’ve came in the last 3 months of last year.
I had to skip my weekly run last week, because my shins have been painful and the tight injury I first had last summer seems to have woken up again. Not as bad as in the summer, but I didn’t wanna risk getting worse. I did a few sessions of yoga instead and woken up some muscles that have been resting for a long time 😉
