Today's improvement log:

Between this awful workout week I said screw it and made today a rest day. I know I shouldn't slack but I have worked out 4 times this week and I had a gut feeling today was gonna be bad so I just took it off. Here's hoping this body recovers well.
Spent most of the day reading. Just hours catching up on old fiction. was nice. too distracted to write but it gave me ideas for some prose so not a total waste.
Not a productive day but I also wouldn't call it destructive.
One thing i would like to focus on is getting everything productive done as early as possible
I cannot trust my procrastinator-in-chief
to "just do it later" i don't have that mental power.
