I'm going to be rolling out pillars of success into my life until 2025, so I can get a good head start. Let's start with the first one, which starts today!
Digital Minimalism – Reduce unproductive screen time to <1hr per day.

Tactics:

Black and white mode on phone to make it seem less appealing
No access to social media on phone
Only notifications from real people allowed (e.g., text messages for work)
Prioritize real connection by calling and meeting up in person instead of texting
Well Spent app on phone to block apps and restrict phone usage
Extension:

Limit news to HomePod brief
Social media – only keep IG for messages on PC and WhatsApp (phone)
Use Smartwatch to do as many tasks as possible to make phone redundant
Goals:

Morning routine
Night routine
Sleep no later than midnight
Meal prep before work
Dopamine reward circuit rewiring
Increased and better quality leisure time
Outdoor walks for an hour at least 3 times a week
Higher quality interactions and connections
