I've gotten really good at being consistent and really understanding how I operate. So that helped me start improving myself more efficiently. A lot of things worked well recently. Apart from learning a few little tricks and philosophies to get me to be more consistent. The biggest impact was getting consistent with my first habit which was working out and then recently learning how to journal the way I want. These two things have really boosted my progress a lot.
I have been craving new goals lately but thankfully yesterday I came across a reminder that you might like fantasizing about new goals but see goals as relationship. You went through a journey with this main goal that loses the initial spark and excitement, but now it is time to focus on all your efforts you put into this relationship/goal and continue to be with it. That reminded me to hold tightly onto this goal and not get loose with it/like slacking off etc.
