As I’ve mentioned previously, I love FALL! 🍄🟫🌻🍁 It’s just on the edge, but over the next three days, we will be plunged once again into summer like temperatures. 😔 I dislike heat and humidity!
My day began with dropping off yesterday’s roasted coffee, at the post office so it could find its way to Maine and Connecticut. Then it was off to ladies Bible study. It was a good study in the first to second chapters of Luke. Then, it was time to take Zuki to Jim’s Automotive. Since Jim’s is close to the Everson Park, I walked over to hang out and read. After about an hour or so, I was getting bored and antsy, so I started walking. I found my way to the clinic where I visited with Vera whom I’ve not seen in months. She works on Monday and Tuesday, so our schedules never overlap. It was good to see her. While I was there, I got the call from Jim’s. I hoofed it to the shop. They told me they’d removed all of the door panels and rear hatch panel to rule out any wiring issues like loose or broken wires. They eventually delved under the dash and found the body control module. Upon checking wires found nothing really wrong, but in doing so, all the door locks began functioning normally. They believe it may have been a loose wire there but say if it happens again, that I’ll have to seek dealer assistance to get a new one and have it installed as they don’t have the ability to reprogram it at that point.
Ironically, my tire pressure monitor light is out on my dash for the first time since we bought this brand new back in 2012! When we’d had it to the dealer 3 years ago, they said it would be expensive to fix and that we’d have to come back another time. Interesting to me that Jim’s was able to reset that light as it was part of what they did today. I was more than happy with the $230 bill. We will monitor the body control module for now. Hopefully the loose wire was the issue and all is well now. 😅
I headed home tired and a bit drained. I guess I was more stressed than I realized.
Later, Phoenix and I headed out to look for fall around the house. Enjoy the eye candy!
I had purchased one of those ginormous mums from Costco a couple of weeks ago. This thing is a good 3’ or more in diameter!
While I was out there, I spied Phoenix through the sidelight of the door.
She obviously could see me as well! 🐶
Tomorrow begins my workweek. It’s bound to be interesting!
That’s gonna be it for now. Take care and enjoy the rest of your day! 🙏🙏🇮🇱🇺🇦
