My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2024

hello all activefit friends. met again with Duja, this time I started my activities at 00.01 in the morning which I stayed up late to maximize my current youth. I play a lot here in the online world and I feel like I live in front of my laptop and have my own world. Time continued to pass until 06.00 I felt hungry and cooked fried rice to fill my stomach which was starting to sound. After that, my grandmother asked me to take her to the market and went to the pharmacy to buy medicine for my grandmother, who is now around 70 years old and over.

I feel salute and proud of my grandmother today, in my opinion my grandmother is different from most other parents who for daily problems and household activities are still able to do some of the housework themselves. I once asked my grandmother: "What's the secret to being healthy until you're over 70 years old, Grandma?" ''My grandmother didn't answer that clearly but my grandmother said that Janan should just keep quiet and that eating patterns and body movements must be present. I really applaud the @actifit community because I want to keep moving and not stay still for too long without moving my body parts, all of which have their own abilities. This time I managed to get 3000 points on actifit and that is still not my target for about one day at least 5000 points which is a sign that I have moved quite a lot for this life, moving and making my body parts function well.

My cellphone is charged so I can't take photos when I'm at the market and going to the pharmacy. only souvenirs that I can immortalize this time when I get home.

doing activities at home until around 10.00 I got a WA chat from my work team to carry out repairs and maintenance on the minisoccer field while currently people's playing schedules are still dirty. Without thinking, I went there, changed clothes and started my motorbike. When I got there I took a shower with warm water, which is the facility available where I work, prepared a vest and took drinking water, the stock of which was starting to run out there. After everything was finished I rested for a while until the weather was good enough or not hot enough for me to start maintenance on the minisoccer field while eating mango salad to accompany me while waiting.

there are some tools I use to fix this,

1.> tires to fill the existing synthetic grass and fill it if there are some parts missing and ask for rubber to be added so that the grass is not bare and quickly damaged. 2> brush to scrub and check which parts are empty and rub the filled tire rubber so that it gets down to the inside of the grass. In this grass there are 2 materials to make this grass more durable. firstly there is white sand which is like being on the beach and secondly there is the rubber tire that I talked about above.

Our repairs and virgins take about 1.5 - 2 hours for all pitches. Thank God everything is safely under control and we got some of the dirt or rubbish that you see in the bucket in the photo.

After everything was done, I took a shower and did activities to go home and later I had a call to train my village children who were learning albanjari activities which you may have heard or know about.

I do this sincerely to teach young children who I think are not them, who else will continue this activity which is quite popular with the community and can be used as filler when there are big activities which are usually held here. At 22.00 I returned home and continued my online activities, namely playing games + writing etc. until I was tired and went back to rest my body which had done quite a lot of activities.
