I had a very efficient and productive day today it felt! which i’m thankful for, it feels good to get a nice start in to the week, I hit the gym off lovely and early.
got my usual workout in and then hit the treadmill for some extra cardio, my walk to and from home to the gym is quite the journey when both are combined, depending on how fast I am walking it can take around 35-45 minutes per journey. I much prefer to walk to just keep it a habit, as the journey to and from is more exercise in the long run.
on the cold mornings it’s difficult but that builds dedication and routine for me. :)
the image i’ve attached was just a passing picture I snagged today on my train journey, no wonder trains break down so much in london, leaving instructions for the next repairman!
