Un breve anticipo di primavera
Finalmente il tempo comincia a sfornare delle giornate di sole e stabili dopo un lunghissimo periodo di maltempo ma le carte meteorologiche dicono che non durerà a lungo.

In questo quartiere sono spuntate come i funghi negli anni d'oro della Cina una molteplice varietà di attività commerciali di aziende legate a Pechino trasformandolo in una vera e propria China Town.
Al ritorno ho fatto tappa nell'ipermercato di via Argine ovvero il Centro Neapolis che è una mega struttura commerciale presente sui confini della città di Napoli e sorta di fronte a quella che una volta era una zona industriale dove c'era una raffineria di petrolio.
Anche il cielo sulla megalopoli futuristica del mondo della blockchain si è tinto di azzurro perché in serata è arrivata la notizia che Donald Trump ha firmato l'ordine esecutivo che mira a far diventare gli USA la nazione leader nel mondo delle criptovalute.
Sarebbe bello che anche l'Italia si adeguasse a quello che sta facendo il neo insediato presidente degli Stati Uniti ma per ora la finanziaria dell'attuale governo ha alzato la tassazione sulle plusvalenze da cripto al 25% per il 2025 mentre per il 2026 sarà prevista una tassa del 33%.
Ma fiducioso che le cose cambieranno sicuramente perché non si può andare contro il mercato colgo l'occasione per salutare tutti gli straordinari pionieri della blockchain di Hive dando appuntamento per il prossimo report di actifit.
