On Sunday I was able to experience a pleasant surprise as the temperatures of the night were very acceptable and did not suffer from the heat of this very intense heat wave.
A rather cold and extensive polar depression is drawing very hot winds from the Sahara desert that are causing a heat wave devastating our mood.
I started to rest rather early and during the night I woke up around 4:00 in the morning and after 4-5 hours of sleep I woke up watching the news on my smartphone and I was involved in following the terrible event that shocked the world in the heart of the United States of America.
In fact, I wanted to dedicate my greetings and condolences to the family of the victim of the vicious attack who was a person dedicated to a job that is accustomed to saving lives and has not backed down in protecting his family.
My closeness also to the wounded people whom I hope God will protect in the future hours and days including President Trump who I have seen react very well to the terrible attack suffered by his person and I was very glad that the violence has not reached the its purpose.
The fog that has descended on the world geopolitical scene has thickened even early in the morning among the trees that separate us from the sea and we have been witnesses of another phenomenon rather rare in this area within an hour a fog has risen really thick flash.
In the first hours of light of the day another propitiatory rite of a tasty Sunday lunch is celebrated, in fact, the ragout is started to cook from the early hours of the morning.

La minaccia della nebbia sull'estate
Nella giornata di domenica ho potuto sperimentare una piacevole sorpresa in quanto le temperature della notte sono state molto accettabili e non si è soffero della calura di questa ondata di caldo molto intensa.
Una depressione polare piuttosto fredda ed estesa sta richiamando venti molto caldi dal deserto del Sahara che stanno provocando un'ondata di caldo devastante per il nostro umore.
Mi sono messo a riposare piuttosto presto e durante la notte mi sono svegliato verso le 4:00 del mattino e dopo 4-5 ore di sonno mi sono svegliato messo a guardare le news sullo smartphone e sono stato coinvolto nel seguire il terribile avvenimento che ha sconvolto il mondo nel cuore degli Stati Uniti d'America.
Infatti volevo dedicare il saluto e le mie condoglianze alla famiglia della vittima del feroce attentato che era una persona dedita ad un lavoro che è abituato a salvare vite umane e non si è tirato indietro nel proteggere la sua famiglia.
La mia vicinanza anche alle persone ferite che auguro Dio le protegga nelle future ore e nei futuri giorni compreso il presidente Trump che ho visto reagire molto bene al terribile attentato subito dalla sua persona e sono stato molto contento che la violenza non abbia raggiunto il suo scopo.
La nebbia che è scesa sullo scenario geopolitico mondiale si è addensata anche di mattina presto tra gli alberi che ci separano dal mare e siamo stati testimoni di un altro fenomeno piuttosto raro in questa zona nel giro di un'ora si è alzata una nebbia flash davvero fitta.
Nelle prime ore di luce della giornata si celebra un altro rito propiziatorio di un gustoso pranzo domenicale infatti il ragù viene cominciato a cuocere già dalle prime ore del mattino.
Nel mentre che i miei parenti raccoglievano il necessario per il contorno dei piatti domenicali io mi sono messo in cammino per procurare la colazione a base di cornetti.
Purtroppo ho trovato la maggior parte dei bar chiusi in quanto di domenica le attività in questa zona cominciano a lavorare piuttosto tardi ed ho dovuto fare due km e 200 m a piedi per trovare un bar aperto.
Dopo un'ora il sole è cominciato a splendere e la nebbia si è diradata a tempo record e sono sceso sulla spiaggia per trascorrere tutta la mia mattinata in acqua.
Se non ci credete che fa veramente un caldo insopportabile vi faccio notare come il mio sguardo sia provato dall'atmosfera bollente che non ti lascia tregua.
In serata sono rientrato a Napoli e qui sono riuscito a scattarvi una foto del maestoso Palazzo Fuga o Real albergo dei poveri struttura in grado di ospitare 40.000 persone costruita per raccogliere tutte le persone indigenti nel 1800 dal Re.
Scendendo lungo l'elegantissimo Corso Garibaldi saluto tutti gli straordinari pionieri della blockchain di Hive che sono capitati tra le righe del mio report Actifit di fine settimana e che Dio benedica l'America.
