Stairs are a great way to keep fit. Today, I have used stairs quite a lot. I visited our local cinema where there are many flights of stairs to negotiate, especially when the cinema screen is on the top floor, as today!
I tend to use stairs instead of the lift, as long as it's only a couple of floors to climb, of course, and if I have time as well 🤣.
But the fact is that it is good for you to use the stairs. In fact, anything that gets the heart pumping a bit more will be beneficial. That reminds me, I must take a ride on my bicycle soon! 🚴♂️
