My Actifit Report Card: November 4 2024

I took a little walk today with some family members through a quirky garden area in Worth Park. There is usually a mobile refreshment cabin selling hot beverages and snacks.

A place to sit and enjoy this rather mild November. I can't remember an autumn so warm in my entire life! Remarkable really but a pleasure to behold.

I think it is best to just enjoy whatever moment arises, as you never know what tomorrow brings in this chaotic world.

Nice you're enjoying a mild autumn. I can imagine how good it feels to be out and about. Such a lovely part of the park to explore too. Here it's almost always warm.
