Our typical July weather continues for the time being. Warm and wet. When I say warm, I don't mean warm enough, but just at the lower end of comfort. But when that is accompanied by sharp heavy showers, it gets monotonous, to say the least!
So that's what we had to endure today out there catering airliners, running the gauntlet of showers. I didn't get very wet, so can't complain. Just lucky.
We had a few moments , me and my colleague, just one of those days when nothing seems to go right. From a forgotten box to missing seal numbers, to being refused access to airside because of inaccurate paperwork! It all happened today at Gatwick Airport! 😵💫
Oh! And one more thing.... trying to persuade the Azerbaijan air crew that they had the correct special meals, when in fact it was just a misunderstanding, they were there all the time!
