Self observation is a very helpful and useful thing, indeed! I definitely noticed a shift after 50, but that is likely partly due to my broken heart. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Suffering tend to make us stronger I guess that is why we need constant suffering in order to build a better self. Like Phoenix we need to be burned to ashes to rise up as a fiery Phoenix.
