I noticed these few weeks my mind has been autopilot lately. Autopilot means the body does the same routine everyday until the mind is numb if you don't change the things you do or you do the same thing over and over again there is no creativity that is being done ✅
So I reread the book 📚📖 Becoming Supernatural by Dr Joe Dizpenza I hope I spell that right.
When I read this I get back control of my own mind it's extremely easy to lose your mind and let the autopilot kicked in if you let your autopilot control you then there is no creativity and no growth 📈 that's why it's dangerous to let your mind wonder without you controlling it.
